The nvcuda.dll of the latest R334.67 beta driver lists the all CUDA compute capabilities supported:

The driver also contains the codename of some Maxwell GPUs: GM107, GM108, GM200, GM204 and GM206. The GM107 will be released shortly…
CUDA is a dead cause. Sorry to say that.
