It looks like the brand new Titan V is a real beast when it comes to GPU mining.
According to HotHardware, the Titan V (based on Volta GV100-400 GPU) is twice faster at Ethereum mining than a Titan Xp (based on Pascal GP102 GPU) and twice faster than a Radeon RX Vega 64. And we don’t speak about the overclocked performance… And keep in mind that the Titan V TDP is only 250W!

You said “… is twice faster at Ethereum bitcoin mining …”. It doesn’t make sense. Ether and Bitcoin are entirely different cryptocurrencies. Ethereum is the network that uses Ether as its currency. Bitcoin mining with GPUs hasn’t been profitable for quite some time, because specialized ASICs with much greater mining performance took over. Other cryptocurrencies are still GPU-mineable to some extent, though we don’t know how long that will last.
Yes you’re right (ETH and BTC are two cryptocurrencies based on the blockchain tech) and even the post title is wrong: it’s not bitcoin mining but GPU mining!

Full review out, also a compute beast.
